Welcome to Petal Nest. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions that help us maintain smooth and transparent service for all our valued customers.


 1. Orders & Payments

  • All bouquet orders require advance payment at the time of confirmation.

  • Event decoration prices are based on custom quotations, depending on the size and theme of the event.

  • Payment can be made through secure online transfer, cash deposit, or other methods shared by our support team.


 2. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • 2 days before delivery: 70% refund will be issued.

  • 1 day before delivery: 25% refund will be issued.

  • Same day cancellation: No refund will be processed.

All cancellation requests must be sent through official communication (phone or email).


 3. Product Differences

As flowers are natural and seasonal, minor differences in color, shape, or arrangement may occur.
However, if there’s a significant difference or quality issue, customers can file a claim for replacement or refund within 24 hours of delivery.


 4. Order Verification & Fraud Protection

Petal Nest verifies every order before dispatch.
If any order is found to have false details, fake contact information, or suspicious intent, we reserve the right to cancel it without prior notice.


 5. Use of Content & Branding

All images, product descriptions, and designs on our website belong to Petal Nest.
Customers may use our images for reference or sharing, but any image containing our company logo cannot be reused, copied, or modified without permission.
